Come Build With Us: February Update

Earlier this year on the blog, we announced that we're working on a new home construction project and are excited to be able to share monthly updates with you. So today, we wanted to give you an update and talk about some of the things that have been completed this month.

First up, we have the slurry on the exterior completed. For those that aren't familiar with what a slurry is, it's a thin layer of colored cement or mortar that is applied over the brick to enhance the look of the brick. It's a popular technique the is used to give a home a more European feel.

Inside the house, we have selected all the tile. We don't want to give anything away, but we will say that the tile color palette is a beautiful mix of shades of gray and white. The design elevation drawings for the outdoor kitchen have been completed as well. These drawings are used to to show the complete room from a flattened perspective and the finishes.
